摘要
The essence of competition in comprehensive national strength is the competition in integrated circuit (IC) talents. At present, the rapid development of China’s IC industry is in urgent need of a large number of IC professionals and specialists. Since 2000, China has published a series of policies to strengthen the effort in training IC talents or professionals, and to promote the development of microelectronics discipline. Around the strategic development and talent demand of the IC industry, the talent training in the IC industry is characterized by the combination of the national policy guidance and the market mechanism.
