Design and Simulation of Glass Shaped Patch Antenna Array with Circular Slots for Wireless Applications

This paper presents a Glass-shaped patch antenna with random circular slots designed to operate at 7.5 GHz. The designs are developed in Ansys HFSS software and the characterization is done for various parameters. The designs developed are modified number of times to improve outputs, and the improved characteristics are obtained at high yield while pretends to previous designs. Three antennas are developed as entity-1 with Glass-shaped with upper step edged antenna for entity-2 a simple circular slots are implanted randomly and for final design-3 an additional antenna is cascaded to form an array of two antennas. From results, the entity-3 has achieved 9.2 dB Gain, 1.09 VSWR, and − 27.658 dB Return loss.
