摘要

Smart health care is one of the most major areas where Internet of Things technology was already applied. The infrastructure for remotely monitoring patients’ vitals in hospitals and other health-care facilities has undergone significant change, and the availability of user-friendly medical care monitoring infrastructures equipped with cutting-edge innovations is becoming a major concern in many parts of the world. The Internet of Things integrates everything into a PC-based system, which ultimately benefits the client with increased productivity, precision, and utility. In order to keep tabs on a patient’s health, the most fundamental things to look for are security and certainty. In order to combine a confirmation display with an essentials-capable access control device, a system is necessary. The Internet of Things is currently among the most popular fields in research. One of the most active fields of study, with people constantly trying to deliver better solutions efficiently, is health care. In light of the importance of privacy and security in the framework of remote health surveillance the primary goal of this paper is to offer a comprehensive IoT-based architectural architecture that meets these needs. We benchmarked our algorithm against state-of-the-art solutions and found that it outperformed them all.
