FPGA-Based IC Design for ECG Monitoring Signals Generation
摘要
A biological signal known as an electrocardiogram, or ECG, is used to study the human heart's rhythm and rate of contraction. In healthcare management, it is mostly used to diagnose cardiac diseases and assess if the organ is enlarged or constricted. Precision and accuracy are crucial because the heart is a vital organ in the medical field. While we employ a number of other tactics to maintain this accuracy, VLSI has a clear edge. We may simulate and analyze the ECG signal with the aid of both MATLAB and VIVADO software, and the results can be examined for further investigation. ECG movements are converted into signals that can be used to understand the patient's condition and react appropriately. Ambulances and operating rooms are typically equipped with ECG machines. ECG monitoring is offered by smartwatches and other personal electronics. The creation of an ECG in the paper serves as an example of how the suggested concept will be executed using a single port ROM. The primary goal of this work is to develop ECG signals utilizing ASIC/FPGA technology. The datasheets for MATLAB contain the majority of the information needed to generate the ECG signal. One of the difficult areas, where we need to be very careful depending on the biological applications, is memory design. Use XlinixVivado 2019.1 to assess these designs’ simulations and synthesis.
