Deep Learning for Kidney MRI Image Analysis

摘要

There are many different illness kinds in the world that can be attributed to either human lifestyles or the economic, sociological, genetic, and other aspects of the place of residency. In order to lower death risks, provide the most effective course of treatment, improve community health care, and the majority of recent research has concentrated on examining prevalent diseases in the population. One of the common ailments that has impacted our societies is kidney disease. The challenge is to predict whether the diseases are chronic and transforms into CKD. Deep learning segmentation works out to predict CKD; the subjects suffering with kidney ailments are tested for feasibility of kidney segmentation using deep convolution neural networks on kidney MR images. Datasets with ground truth collected for segmentation and annotation support clinical imaging. Methods are deployed to detect and predict the CKD and tested for selected subjects proved successful.
