Techniques of Applied Linguistics for Language —Learning

This paper is an attempt to deal with applied linguistics from the perspective of English language learning and teaching. The development of the concept of applied linguistics and the return of the core subject to education and teaching are introduced in order to investigate language instruction under applied linguistic theory. The most current research findings on language instruction using the theory of applied linguistics are mentioned. Relevant teaching experiments are created by merging applied language teaching theory with English language instruction as an example. The experimental findings support the claim that applied linguistic teaching theory may successfully increase students’ motivation for learning and boost the efficacy of language acquisition. Finally, it is stated that in order to improve knowledge transmission to students, applied linguistics theory should be founded on language instruction and modify how language is taught. Further, this paper discusses the techniques of applied linguistics for language teaching–learning.
