Power System Stability Constrained Contingency Ranking Using Game Theory

Flexible AC transmission system has given a very good support to the power engineers for maintenance of the grid. Quadrature booster is one of the latest devices which can control without any electronic component. The understanding of generators in the system with the existing of different devices is also needed. Among many contingency conditions, the single-line outage condition is considered. The complete voltage stability analysis is carried out using bifurcation method. Under all the above considerations, the generators may act in a different scenario. Based on game theory, the generators act as individual players in the system. Different strategies will be applied for various contingency conditions. The proposed methodology is tested on standard test systems.
