Advanced Frequency Control of DFIG Integrated into a Direct Drive Vertical Axis Wind Energy System
摘要
This paper proposes advanced frequency control (robust H∞ control) of DFIG (doubly fed induction generator) integrated into a direct drive vertical axis wind energy chain. The generator (DFIG) is fed directly into the stator by the network and supplied by the converter side rotor (CSR) in the rotor. The objective is to apply this control technique to independently control the active and reactive stator powers generated by the machine and compared it with a classical PI controller. Finally, the simulation results obtained show the robustness and efficiency of the proposed method.
