Numérical Analysis of SnO2/CdS/CdTe Solar Cell Capacitance Simulation in 1 Dimension (SCAPS-1D)
摘要
The research in the field of photovoltaic solar energy is expected to improve the conversion efficiency of solar cells while reducing the cost of producing clean energy to ensure a widespread use and make it available to all of us (Chadel et al in Int J Nanoelectron Mater 9:103–110, 2016 (A. Chadel, B. Benyoucef, M. Chadel, Numerical analysis of the effect graded Zn (O, S) on the performance of the graded CIGS based solar cells by SCAPS-1D. Int. J. Nanoelectron. Mater. 9, 103–110 (2016)); Belhocine-Nemmar et al. in J Energy Power Eng 6:921–924, 2012 (F. Belhocine-Nemmar, H. Djediga, O. Boughias Ouiza, M.S. Belkaid, Effect of temperature on the organic solar cells parameters. J. Energy Power Eng. 6, 921–924 (2012))). However, the development of photovoltaic energy must go through a search accentuated on the fundamental choice of the material, the growth technique and structure. The study will focus on the simulation of the characteristics of a photovoltaic module. The aim of this paper is to analyze the performance of solar cell under the influence of CdS layer thickness and series resistance RS on the electrical and optical parameters of the solar cell by using the one-dimensional Scaps-1D simulator “Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator in 1 Dimension,” (Bouloufa et al. in Thin Solid Films 515:6285–6287, 2007 (Bouloufa et al. in Thin Solid Films 515:6285–6287, 2007); Khelifi and Belghachi in Le Rôle de la Couche Fenêtre dans les Performances d’une Cellule Solaire GaAs, 2004, pp. 13–21 ( S.
