摘要

The objective of this study is to improve the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of conventional photovoltaic solar cells with structures in tandem configurations, which represents an attractive technology to overcome the Shockley–Queisser limitation (SQL) of single-junction cells. We propose through this work, the study of the combination between the halide perovskite cells which represent a wide band gap with complementary band gap photovoltaic silicon technologies, characterized by the low band gap in a configuration in tandem, achieving industry goals of pushing power conversion efficiency (PCE) above 30% at low cost. The simulation results of the investigated PSC/c-Si exhibit Voc = 0,735 V, Jsc = 39.30 mA/cm2, FF = 84.72% and a conversion efficiency of 24,47%. The results are very promising, and the proposed configuration performs better; it can also be considered as a good candidate for developing cheaper and efficient PSCs.
