Effect of Environmental Conditions on the Stability of Perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 Layer
摘要
In this work, we elaborated under normal conditions (free air and room temperature) a thin layer of perovskite of CH3NH3PbI3 type by the spin-coating technique; two characterizations XRD and UV–Visible are used to determine successively the optical and structural properties of perovskite and to follow the evolution of the elaborated layer and exposed during one month under environmental conditions of the region of Djelfa (Algeria) (humidity, oxygen rate and light). The sample was placed immediately after elaboration in a support and was exposed to environmental factors without cover. The first analysis was carried out after one day and then every week for a whole month in the region of Djelfa. The results obtained show the degradation of the layer which is transformed only after 30 days into a layer of PbI2. Compared with other works, the climate of the region is favorable for the elaboration and even the stability of the perovskite up to one month without protective conditions.
