A Lattice-Based Key Exchange Protocol Over NTRU-NIP

We introduce NTRU-NIP-KE, a novel non-invertible polynomial (NTRU-NIP)-based key exchange protocol that is immune to quantum attacks. NTRU-NIP offers a broad collection of polynomials from which to choose throughout the key generation process. An additional advantage of the proposed key exchange protocol is the impossibility of a lattice attack using the shortest vector algorithm.
