Intelligent Optimization of Cutting Parameters
摘要
SiCp/Al composites are widely applied in the aerospace, high-speed rail, and deep-ocean engineering fields (Rawal in J Mater 53:14–17 [1];Rohatgi in J Mater 43:10–15 [2]). However, the high hardness of SiC particles makes it difficult to obtain good surface finish and high machining efficiency when cutting SiCp/Al, which also tends to result in severe tool wear. Research on cutting SiCp/Al composites started in 1985 (Narutaki in VDI BERICHTE NR. 1276:359–370 [3]).
