Algebraic Equation Solutions

Equations are the equalities containing one or more variables. These variables are referred to as unknowns. The unknown variables satisfying these equalities are also known as the solutions of the equations. If there are several equations containing many unknown, and these equations hold at the same time, the equations are referred to as simultaneous equations. In this chapter, numerical and analytical solutions are studied first for various of linear equations. Three types of methods—graphical methods, quasi-analytical method and numerical methods are studied. In particular, a universal matrix equation solver is written and demonstrated.
