Pedal Lymphedema After Lymphadenectomy for Pelvic Cancers

Pedal lymphedema is a common complication seen in patients after pelvic cancer surgeries. Preventive measures can help in reducing lymphedema during postoperative period. Regular follow-up aids in timely diagnosis and management of this condition that helps in reducing morbidity of patients with gynecologic malignancies. In this chapter, we have covered the important aspects of lower limb lymphedema along with its prevention and treatment protocols.
