Post-operative Liver Failure in Hepatic Resections
摘要
Post-hepatectomy liver failure is a dreaded complication with high mortality. Every attempt should be made to identify the risk factors in predicting this complication as well as applying preventive measures to avoid this complication from happening. Once this complication develops, management is largely on the lines of acute liver failure and goal directed therapy for organ dysfunction.
