Risk Identification and Treatment of Hormone Therapy Related Adverse Events in Patients of Carcinoma Breast
摘要
Breast cancer mortality is significantly impacted by the adjuvant endocrine therapy. It is therefore crucial to manage the adverse events of endocrine therapy so that oncological outcomes are not affected. The scope and impact of tamoxifen’s and aromatase inhibitors’ side effects are examined in this article, as well as the pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods for mitigating some of the endocrine therapy’s most common and unsettling side effects. As technology develops and becomes more widely accessible, treatment strategies can be tailored to the unique patient and the specific tumour characteristics.
