Numerous treatment-related and patient-related parameters play an imperative role in their manifestation. Multiple studies have demonstrated diverse management strategies yet there are no fixed guidelines. The treatment, therefore, remains individualized with key strategies highlighting on preventive measures like maintaining hygiene and decreasing escalation into higher grades with use of various agents topical and oral agents.
