Dorsal Inlay Tubularized Incised Plate (DTIP) Repair
摘要
It is recognized that multiple perioperative variables and anatomical components of the hypospadiac penis affect surgical prognosis. These characteristics are significant predictor variables that can aid in risk stratification and clinical decision-making. At the same time, the assessment of penile curvature is a crucial stage in the evaluation and management of hypospadias that can greatly influence the surgical technique chosen and long-term outcomes. Dorsal inlay tubularized incised plate is indicated whenever augmentation urethroplasty of the native urethral plate would lead to higher risk of complications “unfavorable” urethral plate.
