Correction of Penoscrotal Transposition

Penoscrotal transposition (PST) is a rare congenital abnormality. There are various kinds of PST, ranging from an overriding scrotum to a bifid scrotum, and the surgical options are challenging. We describe here an effective surgical procedure for correcting penoscrotal transposition.
