Preputioplasty in Hypospadias Surgery

Hypospadias repair seeks to restore normal penile anatomy, yet cultural and religious factors influence perceptions of normality. In regions where circumcision is less prevalent, preputioplasty has become a routine component of primary hypospadias repair, especially when parents prioritize foreskin preservation. This video book chapter illustrates our approach for prepucioplasty in hypospadias cases.
