Management of Penile Stricture After Hypospadias Repair

Typically, a two-stage urethroplasty is used to treat complex penile strictures, such as post-hypospadias repair. The initial placement of a buccal mucosal graft (BMG) may result in a substantial contraction rate, necessitating revision surgery. We describe our experience and approach to the care of penile strictures associated with hypospadias.
