Management of Post-Hypospadias Repair Urethrocutaneous Fistula

The incidence of post-hypospadias urethrocutanoeus fistula varies between 4% and 10% (Kulkarni, Res RepUrol 10:117–126, 2018). The location of fistula varies and is variable and the most usual location is at the corona level. There are numerous surgical treatment options for fistula. We present our algorithm for urethrocutaneous fistula management.
