Buccal (Lingual) Mucosa Graft

Tongue mucosa, which is comparable to oral mucosa, is a safe and effective graft material for urethral repair, with little potential risks associated with the donor area. Procedures for harvesting lingual mucosa and fixing the donor site are discussed. This chapter explores more into the evaluation of patients before surgery, their recovery, and any complications that may arise.
