Buccal (Cheek) Mucosa Graft

Buccal mucosa is an excellent option for urethroplasty for urethral stricture repair due to its harvestability, pliability, and low donor site morbidity. We discuss here harvesting the buccal mucosa and elaborate on preoperative patient evaluation, postoperative course, and complications.
