Upper Lip Mucosal Graft for Hypospadias Cases
摘要
The restoration of hypospadias remains challenging. Despite all advancements in technology, a significant proportion of cases develop complications (Cimador et al. Nat Rev Urol 10:657–666, 2013). Oral mucosa is harvested from various donor sites, including the inner cheek, lower lip, and, on occasion, the lower surface of the tongue. We have been utilizing the upper lip graft (ULG) in recent years.
