Single-Stage Primary Proximal Hypospadias Repair with Penile Curvature Correction

The management of severe penoscrotal hypospadias with penile curvature is challenging and demands professional rectification. Various correction methods for severe hypospadias have been described. With severe penile curvature, stage procedures are recommended in children. However, when an adult presents with severe untreated hypospadias, a single-stage correction is often preferred. This stimulated us to standardize our penile curvature correction with corpus augmentation via a pedicled preputial tube for hypospadias.
