摘要

Proximal hypospadias remains difficult to treat. This chapter’s purpose is to illustrate staged preputial graft (SPG) repair. In cases of proximal hypospadias in which the spongiosa bifurcation is below the pubic bone or the penile curvature is greater than 45 degrees, an SPG may be utilized.
