Nowadays, it's becoming increasingly important for industrial companies to adopt new technologies and reap their benefits. They are striving to integrate these innovative technologies into their processes and strategies. However, many companies struggle with the integration of these technologies into their operations, which is often because they lack an innovative strategic plan that can transform their current business model and align it with Industry 4.0. To tackle these challenges and help industrial companies transition into Industry 4.0, this study presents a new digital maturity model and a set of tools dedicated to digital transformation. This model is backed by empirical analysis and a roadmap that provides practical solutions to industrial companies looking to adopt Industry 4.0. This study aims to guide organizations through a successful transformation by addressing the challenges encountered in this dynamic era of the industry. The digital transition methodology was implemented in a company's industrial maintenance field, and the results obtained have significantly improved overall maintenance performance indicators, positively impacting various operational aspects and plans.
