Empirical Insights into Innovation Practices, Knowledge Management, and Collaboration in Sports Technology Companies
摘要
In the previous chapter, we examined data from interviews with representatives of the sample companies. The outline of these semi-structured interviews was developed based on the conceptual model of innovation processes for sports equipment and service companies, as outlined in Chap. 4 . This model was derived from a systematic literature review. The cross-analysis of the collected data led us to structure our discussion around the themes identified in the theoretical model: reference context and attitude of the company to be innovative, collaboration with users and lead users, open innovation strategies, management of knowledge arising from innovation, and collaboration. Additionally, this analysis aims not only to address the research questions but also to validate and enhance the theoretical model upon which this book is based.
