With the advent of science and technology, the indication of abrupt climate change now seems irrefutable. The issues of global warming and ozone layer depletion are directly linked to small changes occurring everyday in the global atmosphere. Many climate monitoring principles and policies are being formed; however, they are ineffective unless implemented by the citizens. It is high time to make a transformative change by altering habits and behavior in order to tackle climate change. This study shows the risks of climate change and the importance of climate mitigation policies as well as adaptation of principles within sustainable development framework, focusing on coordination between improvement needs and environment strategy goals.
