An Analysis of the Effects that Cloud Computing Providers Have on Their Customers’ Decisions to Use Cloud Computing
摘要
Cloud computing research has mostly focussed on cloud user characteristics, ignoring the importance of cloud providers. Therefore, cloud computing is being researched. Many people believe that those who embrace it have a greater status than those who do not. This article provides a paradigm and scale for analysing cloud service capacity so that experiments can investigate the impact of cloud computing on supply-side concerns. A study has found that customer service is an increasingly critical differentiator for cloud computing enterprises. This study has a fundamental flaw in that it fails to account for the influence that cloud computing provider policies have on user adoption rates. The perceived stability of cloud computing governs its popularity, and vendor response is the primary driver of this stability. Cloud computing users will get most of the benefits from service providers’ offerings to their customers. Cloud computing is dependent on the expertise of cloud service providers. Perceptions of the perceived value and usability of cloud computing are inextricably linked to the level of expertise of the service providers who provide their own technical support for the products sold by third-party resellers. Using cloud computing will be easier, faster and more cost-effective than using traditional ERP and DSS software. Cloud computing isn’t affected by third-party software and focusses on a specific goal instead of standard methods. The study discovered that there was a high degree of agreement among replies from users given by a single vendor, with 93.3% of respondents indicating an agreement level of more than 0.70. Companies that use cloud computing can solve some of the problems they are having by letting users find mashups that meet their specific needs.
