Sustainable agriculture plays an important role in the economy and for the environment. The introduction of natural methods to maintain plant health and prevent it from harm from differing climate and weather has become imperative. Due to the diseases spreading in plants, chemical fertilizers and pesticides are used which deplete soil nutrients which cause the later crop yield to deteriorate. We propose the utilization of Fuzzy Logic in Edge Detection and Clustering using K-Means and Density Based clustering of image pixels to detect the disease-ridden areas for more accurate usage of pesticides. The disease-ridden areas are distinct when edges detection is applied. These edges are then detected by clustering and conveyed using anchor boxes. By applying the chemicals only to disease-ridden areas, the objective of removing the pathogens and curing the disease based on its spread will help in unnecessary application of chemicals to the soil and help in promoting better plant and soil health. This helps in promoting a sustainable method of agriculture and helping farmers in preventing a disease outbreak in large farms by early detection and cure of diseases.
