Revision Total Hip Arthroplasty in Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis
摘要
Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is the most common spondyloarthrosis (SpA) that involves the hip. Hip involvement is common in young AS patients, mostly bilateral. Total hip arthroplasty (THA) is by far the most effective treatment for severe hip involvement. With the gradual popularization of THA treatment in AS patients, revision THA has become increasingly common in AS patients. However, there is still a lack of follow-up studies and a systematic classification of revision THA in AS patients.
