With the development of multi-electric/all-electric aircraft, the new generation of aircraft constantly requires higher reliability and control accuracy of electric drive servo. Traditional open-loop control methods have problems such as low accuracy, large motor vibration, and severe heating. Therefore, this article designs a subdivision control strategy and acceleration/deceleration design for stepper motors.Applying subdivision control methods has improved the accuracy, stability and reliability of stepper motor. The achievable performance is expertmental verified by a 50-poles two-phase hybrid stepper motor.
