With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, America has made remarkable achievements in the field of military intelligence. This paper introduces the top-level planning of intelligent technology of the US military in recent years first. Then the development of intelligent technology of the US military was analyzed from four aspects: intelligent air combat, intelligent unmanned cluster cooperation, intelligent command and control, and intelligent logistics support. The demand of intelligent test technology was analyzed from design and evaluation, construction of test environment, data set, command and scheduling. Finally, the enlightenment of intelligent technology to the test was analyzed from the aspects of resources integration, test platform construction, combination experiments. It provides a reference for the subsequent study of intelligent test.
