The New Era Calls for New Actions in Women’s Poverty Alleviation Social Work

Based on the research in various places, this book pointed out that, from an individual perspective, when poverty was examined in the course of a woman’s life, the causes and impacts of women’s poverty at different points in time were different, and their specific poverty alleviation needs were also different; from a social perspective, when poverty was analyzed in the social space, women’s distribution in different time and space was uneven, and there was a close connection between their poverty and the social structure, thus their poverty alleviation needs were different, its poverty alleviation needs cannot be solved solely by the efforts of individuals and their families, but require changes in the social environment and structure.
