An Efficient Method for Encrypting and Protecting Electricity Usage Privacy Data
摘要
With the continuous expansion of the scale of smart grid systems and the development of power systems in the direction of distribution and intelligence, the data transmitted by smart meters tend to be real-time and refined, and power supply enterprises can satisfy the diverse needs of users through the analysis and monitoring of power consumption data. However, these data also contain private information related to the user’s identity, which may lead to leakage of the user’s private information. To avoid the leakage of users’ private information, this paper proposes an efficient encryption and protection method for electricity consumption private data. The private data are first asymmetrically encrypted and then hidden in the form of digital watermarks in a variety of electricity consumption data. Only legitimate users authorized by the system can access the data and key, and perform watermark extraction and ciphertext decryption. The method realizes the security protection of private electricity consumption data. The experimental results show that the method has less than 0.001% impact on the original data, which has less impact on the original data, faster encryption speed and less communication overhead than the other schemes do.
