Data Sources and Fast Preprocessing of Shoreline and Bathymetric Data from the Coastal Ocean Numerical Model: Examples of the Pearl River Estuary
摘要
This paper collects data from the National Fundamental Geographic Information System, Electronic Navigational Charts, etc., which solve the problem of insufficient accuracy of international public data in the Pearl River Estuary area. A technical method of extracting and converting complex shoreline and bathymetric data for coastal ocean numerical models can improve the preprocessing efficiency. This technical method can meet the needs of high-precision complex shorelines and bathymetric data due to the development of high-resolution numerical models and changes in coastlines. This method can provide technical support for the establishment of a marine forecast system and the study of marine dynamic processes.
