Urban resilience remains imperative for sustainable development amidst rapid urbanization and climate change. Emphasizing the role of digital technologies, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) underscores their potential in shaping urban futures. Simultaneously, green infrastructure emerges as a vital tool in tackling urban challenges, bolstering air quality, biodiversity, and community well-being. This research studies the transformative capacity of green infrastructure, particularly in averting environmentally-linked cardiac conditions. Leveraging bioinformatics tools, the study forecasts variant pathogenicity, shedding light on genetic variation within urban populations. Further the study explore green infrastructure interventions that harness nature's therapeutic qualities, fortifying resilience against the environmental stressors. The study draws attention to the global health risks specifically the clinical significance of cardiac disorder posed by environmental pollution and pollutants. Emphasizing the urgency for interdisciplinary approaches and evidence-based strategies, the study highlights the imperative of creating healthier, more resilient cities worldwide. Nonetheless, challenges such as inter-agency coordination and sustained funding impede implementation. Addressing these challenges requires proactive strategies, effective leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to overcome barriers and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives to address various issues or achieve specific goals.
