Chylous Interventions
摘要
Chylous ascites (CA) and lymphoceles are challenging conditions stemming from disruptions within the lymphatic system. CA, the accumulation of chylomicron-rich fluid in the peritoneal cavity, arises from various causes, including trauma, surgery, malignancy, and cirrhosis. Lymphoceles, fluid-filled cysts without epithelial lining, primarily occur as a post-surgical complication in areas where lymph node dissection is performed.
