While super-selective embolization of terminal internal pudendal artery branches offers reliable treatment for high-flow arterial priapism, the use of vascular imaging and interventions, such as internal pudendal angiography and angioplasty, in erectile dysfunction (ED) remains a topic of debate. This chapter aims to give an insight on these topics.
