Interventions of Renal Vessels
摘要
Renal vascular interventions have emerged as a cornerstone in managing vascular disorders affecting the kidneys, driven by advancements in minimally invasive techniques. This chapter delves into the spectrum of pathologies involving the renal arteries and veins, including renal artery stenosis, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, venous thrombosis, and tumour-related vascular complications. Emphasis is placed on endovascular approaches such as angioplasty, stenting, embolization, and thrombectomy, which offer targeted solutions with reduced morbidity compared to traditional surgical methods. Detailed descriptions of procedural techniques are included in this chapter, supported by evidence-based guidelines and case examples to illustrate their application.
