摘要
Communication is the main pillar in palliative care. Good communication between the patient and caregivers, in addition to creating satisfaction, also creates trust in the patient and family. Effective communication requires good communication skills. There are always obstacles in communication that need to be identified and resolved. In this chapter, topics such as communication skills, barriers to communication, and how to announce bad news will be discussed.
