The results of the development of a system for suppressing pathogenic microflora and viruses under the influence of a combination of powerful pulsed ultraviolet radiation and continuous laser radiation are presented. For the first time, a combination of broadband incoherent radiation from a plasma source and monochromatic laser radiation has been implemented. It has been shown that ultraviolet radiation is a powerful biological factor, providing both suppressions of the development and growth of bactericidal microflora, as well as the effect of complete 100% sterilisation. It has been demonstrated that the most powerful source of pulsed ultraviolet radiation is a generator based on a magnetoplasmatic compressor, which allows the creation of an ultraviolet flow at the megawatt level. Systems for shaping the flow of laser radiation to a point and for scanning laser radiation on a surface have been developed. A structure of a combined system has been developed to provide various processing modes. The appearance of an experimental device for generating pulsed ultraviolet radiation, as well as a scheme for the use of laser monochromatic sources with different wavelengths, is presented. The prospects for using the developed technology in astrobiology for the sterilisation of objects returned from space are discussed.

摘要
