Studies also explored the effectiveness of AI through qualitative and quantitative methods and controlled experiments. Results show a growing belief in the use of AI in healthcare education. The chapter discusses the types of AI used, the fields, the methodology of implementation and the user experiences. Also, this chapter discusses the implications of AI adoption for future policymakers, showing the opportunities and challenges associated with the widespread implementation of AI technologies in healthcare education. Factors such as workforce training, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks are examined, considering the evolving field of AI-enabled healthcare education.
