摘要

Patients can be more actively involved in their healthcare and given greater autonomy through the use of social commerce and artificial intelligenceArtificial intelligence (AI) to improve their health literacy, make more informed decisions, and engage in individualised health education. The combined effects of artificial intelligenceArtificial intelligence and social commerce on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes are the focus of this research. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of social commerce platforms that enable collaborative decision-making, behaviour modification interventions, and AI-driven personalised health education platforms. This study intends to shed light on how these integrated approaches affect patient empowerment and involvement by conducting a thorough literature analysis and analysing current scenarios. In order to improve healthcare engagement and patient empowerment, this study found that utilising AI and social commerce had promising upsides. Successfully delivering individualised health information and personalised health education platforms powered by AI algorithms have improved health literacy and fostered patient empowerment. There is evidence that behavioural change therapies supported by social commerce platforms can encourage patients to make positive changes to their lifestyles and adopt healthier habits. Treatment plans that are in line with patient's values and preferences are achieved through shared decision-making procedures made possible by AI-driven decision support systems. Adopting patient-centric approaches in healthcare delivery is crucial, as highlighted by the theoretical implications of this study. By combining AI with social commerce, we can build a system for individualised healthcare that goes beyond the status quo and puts the patient at the centre of their own health management.
