Cooperative Perception and Decision-Making in Internet of Vehicles: A Comprehensive Review of Federated Learning and Blockchain Technology
摘要
In this review, we delve into the intricate interplay between Federated Learning (FL) and blockchain technology within the cooperative perception and decision-making frameworks of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). As Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) continue to advance, IoV emerges as a pivotal component in driving significant improvements in traffic management, safety protocols, and environmental stewardship. However, integrating these technologies presents challenges, particularly in data privacy, communication optimization, and decision-making accuracy. This study sheds light on the promising potential of Blockchain-enhanced Federated Learning (BFL) within IoV contexts, offering insights into practical applications and exploring various implementation strategies. Furthermore, the review critically examines the obstacles and opportunities for refining system efficiency and concludes by charting future research directions in this rapidly evolving technological landscape.
