Modeling, Simulation, and Temperature Control in Rapid Cooling Tunnel

Fruits and vegetables when harvested continue to breathe physiologically and thus their maturation continues to increase until they reach their total deterioration due to the high temperature that comes from the production field and without having received any treatment to reduce that temperature and due to ignorance of The existence of technologies that can remove this high field temperature, such as the use of rapid cooling tunnels for fruits and vegetables, controlling the cooling temperature, cooling air speed and the time used to reduce the minimum desired temperature for maintain its conservation for much longer before consumption or industrial processing. The work of modeling, simulation, and temperature control has been carried out for the rapid cooling of products that can perish in a short time, for this purpose fuzzy logic of LabVIEW software was used that allows easy-to-apply graphical programming, which is not linear, and this allowed achieving expected results.
