Chemical Deactivation and Resistance of Low-Temperature SCR Catalyst
摘要
Nitrogen oxide (NOx) is the umbrella term given to a sequence of active gases, including nitrogen oxide (NO), nitrous oxide (N2O), and nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and so on. It is one of the primary atmospheric pollutants formed from thermal power plants and industrial boilers (stationary sources). Besides the toxicity to human beings directly, it leads to acid rain, photochemical smog and can influence global tropospheric chemistry. A recent investigation indicated that government departments had carried out a full arsenal of activities to control NOx emissions but yielded no satisfying results. Consequently, confronted with increasingly severe nitrogen oxide pollution, it has become the shared objective to find an efficient and economical treatment technology to reduce NOx emission.
